Our client is a leading Technology solutions provider across the region and is currently focused on delivering large scale project for a reputable bank. Therefore, they are seeking Portfolio Leads to join them. 

Job Description

• Manage program strategy and the program approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes
• Manage budget, headcount, portfolio pipeline and resources planning for multiple regional/global projects 
• Address business needs, maximizing portfolio revenue, and minimizing resources of the programs 
• Communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders including business and technology parties.  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 15 years of IT experience with solid regional/global project experiences
• Proven track record of managing large scale software development projects
• Experience in managing demand pipeline and resources optimization
• Experience in Agile/DevOps is preferred
• Proficient communication skills in English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
