FINANCE OFFICE

The appointee is expected to (a) provide system support to users of the Financial Information System; (b) support ad-hoc report generation and data extraction requests from users; and (c) provide administrative and desktop support to the Finance Office in daily operation, including installation and configuration of desktop PCs, laptops and printers.

Applicants should possess (a) a Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Systems or related discipline; (b) preferably two years of relevant work experience but those with less work experience or fresh graduates may also be considered; (c) good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and (d) strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in ERP system is an advantage.

Work location: Tsuen Wan Campus
