We are looking for a C# developer responsible for building C# applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Driving full cycle end to end development from design through implementation
• Serving as a driving force in our organizational evolution to deliver an exceptional customer experience through superior digital interactions
• Mentor staff to align with our fully scaled Agile methodology
• Provide technical and architectural leadership to developers through code reviews, program enhancements, unit testing, bug fixing and problems solving
• Implement new features and enhancements for the next generation of SML IIS's mobile and web based products

 Job Requirements:

• A Bachelors or Master's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience
• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Familiarity with the .NET framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server/SQL Azure 
• Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Nancy
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
• Preside over strategy sessions and technical reviews with key stake holders and senior management teams
• Strong experience as a software development team lead with experience developing full stack .Net applications, web applications and/or mobile applications
• Able to integrate with and managing APIs exposing microservices (REST, WebAPI) including development and support of .Net/JavaScript services
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Test Engineers)
• Demonstrates deep knowledge and active pursuit of optimizing CI/CD process and tools, testing frameworks and practices (preferably GitHub, TeamCity/Octopus Deploy, etc.)
• Frequent travel to Shenzhen Office
