Responsibilities: 

• Define, Implement and Manage SLAs for assigned services and ensure delivery of agreed levels
• Understand business priority, ensure services are aligned to priority and translate and communicate priority throughout IT
• Hold regular Service reviews with the stakeholders to demonstrate performance and review service risks and undertake customer satisfaction measurement and improvement
• Act as an escalation point for incidents where exceptional business impact is experienced to ensure appropriate resolution
• Be the custodian of live service, approve changes to assigned services to ensure understood and service performance is not negatively impacted

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in managing IT service levels
• Bachelor Degree in Computing or related disciplines
• Ability to understand the Business Units requirements and drivers
• Proficient in customer management techniques
• Hands on experience on incident management process
• Able to work under pressure with good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Familiar with Operating system: Window, Linus, Unix;
• Familiar with Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Fire wall, IPS/IDS;
• Familiar with Shell scripts; PHP, Python, JAVA, C++
