Job Description
Responsibility:
- Handle support calls, troubleshoots, and resolving user problems
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance, operation, management and procurement of IT equipment and
- application support to end users
- Software and hardware installation and configuration
- Manage the servers, data and voice network infrastructure
- Procurement and manage for IT and technological equipment and software licences
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline;
- 5 years working experience in helpdesk support with knowledge on MS Windows, Office 365
- TCP/IP networking and cloud computing
- Knowledge and actual experience on Network Performance Tuning
- Design & management of high availability & disaster recovery
- Familiar in installation and configuration for Windows 7 and Windows 10, Microsoft Exchange,
- Google mail, DNS, PC, Server, Router, Switch, Tel-system;
- Proficiency in installation, configuration and management for common Ms Office software such as
- Ms Office, adobe, Vm-ware, Exchange, SQL, Android, IOS and Active Directory (AD) etc.
- MCSE, MCP, or related certifications are required;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good problem solving skills and proactive working attitude;
- Clients focus with strong interpersonal skill and willing to learn
