Job Responsibilities:

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Job Duties:

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in general retail & business property industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Develop sales activities and achieve personal sales target. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Skills and Qualifications：

Degree or above in Information/marketing or equivalent.

2 years or above solid related sales working experience. Proven success in selling to decision makers.

Excellent sales management from pipeline modelling as well as the ability to coach the sales process

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) with strong presentation skill.

Able to work independently ad according to schedule.

Aggressive, good problem-soling skills and strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target.

Experiences in general retail & business property industry is a plus.
