1)    Project Engineer (Window)

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for IT tasks to be performed for fit out of floor
• Participate and provide updates in regular project tracking calls
• Setup and build/rebuild IT equipment with OS and deploy software
• Physically deploy computers, monitors, and peripheralsto desks, ensure all cabling is neat and tidy
• Move existing IT equipment from other Morgan Stanley floors to new floor
• Provision phones and headsets to desks
• Provision and support Virtual PCs
• Update and manage inventory records of deployed equipment
• Order equipment or sundries
• Create a hardware spares pool, and inventory record
• Fully document floor fit out to aide ongoing support

• Provide on-site technical support for IT equipment – both software and hardware
• Support Market Data and in-house developed applications
• Perform basic hardware moves and changes
• Manage spares inventory, and work with vendors for hardware repairs
• Decommission and dispose of obsolete equipment within documented Client policy
• Record and manage all incidents and requests in ticket-tracking system
• Ensure timely resolution of issues by acquiring necessary information to best measure impact to the customer
• Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and expected delays.
• Provide other IT-related support as required by the business (Holiday, off-hour and BCP Support, VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft center)
• Test applications as required by the business before rollout
• Documentation of products and processes
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of IT support experience
• Experience in delivering Superior Customer Service experience preferably with the trading floor/banking support in investment bank is an advantage
• Good Working knowledge and IT experience supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of network and server side infrastructure
• Project execution exposure
• Solid understanding of Intel based PC hardware/peripherals

2)  Engineer (Window)

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Implementation, product/ solutions evaluation and system integration;
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives;
• Work as the solution consultant on the system design during the project implementation;
• Develop project document such as system design document and technical manuals;
• Assist project manager to oversees the overall project progress and tackle the technical issue with team members;
• Evaluate new solution from our self-developed or 3^rd party vendor;
• Provide solutions to our clients to meet their needs.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/High Diploma holder major in Computer or IT or related discipline;
• Be familiar with email system (Domino / Exchange), end point encryption security solution, network infrastructure, virtual host platform (VMware / Hyper-V), backup solution, cloud solution and mobile device management and etc., Microsoft center
• At least 4-5 years hands-on project experience in system integration and solution development and deployment;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Have proactive attitude and can work independently in a teamwork environment. Can work closely with internal colleagues and users;
• Self-motivated, have good sense of team spirit and problem solving;
• Be willing to work under stress and time management pressure;
• Good skills in speaking and writing both in Chinese and English; Speaking skills in Putonghua is an advantage; 

3   Technical Specialist (Network) 

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Network Technical Competence Centre operates and supports complex client networks in the APAC region. The candidate is required to:Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructures

• Responsible for the level 1-3 support including first line diagnosis, resolution and root cause analysis of network related problems
• Implement network changes in accordance with the change of management process
• Support project implementation which includes network equipment installation & configuration, platform interaction, project management and end users
• Support network infrastructure components including but not limited to router, switches, firewall, load balancer, proxy server, VPN, Infoblox, ACS, WLC etc.
• Utilize network management systems/software and appropriate analyzers to collect network load statistics, model performance, and create reports
• Work on assignments in areas including automation, product evaluation, tool development etc.
• Provide on-call support to network incidents during non-office hours

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, telecommunications, or IT related disciplines
• At least 3 years solid working experience on complex network operations and/or maintenance preferably in a regional banking and finance environment
• CCNP is a must
• Experience in working in data centre LAN infrastructure environment
• Knowledge of popular brands of routers/switches, firewalls and other networking devices such as VPN, load balancers, etc.
• Experience in LAN/WAN standards and protocols (e.g. VLAN, OSPF, SNA, DSLW, BSTUN, MPLS, etc)
• Knowledge in WMware
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Specialist or Network engineer

Job

• Maintain SAP process development requests and establish a practical implementation schedule.
