Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical resource to assist users in resolving computer related issues
- Coordinate with members in the Infrastructure Team to inspect, install, configure, maintain and upgrade workstations, software, peripherals and devices in accordance with the Standards of Operating Environment (SOE) defined
- Maintain documentation of technical maintenance procedures carried out
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in relevant fields of study
- Willing to perform shift duties
- Experience in IT equipment maintenance and repair
- Experience in hardware and software installation
- Basic networking knowledge
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
