Job Description

lWe are hiring a Technical Director to join our growing team

Responsibilities:

lManage sizable, large scale system implementation projects

lDevelop detail project plan to monitor and track progress

lManage project changes such as scope, schedule and costs

lIdentify project risks and issues, and engage project team members to develop risk mitigation plans

lManage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders

lFoster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal, global business units as well as 3rd party vendors

Requirements:

lDegree graduate in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines

lMin 10 years of professional experience in system development projects, ideally from IT Consulting

lStrong technical background and project management skill

lProject delivery management experience for a team of 8+ people

lStrong experience / knowledge in project management tools, techniques, and systems development methodologies and lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile

lExcellent client facing and communication skills

lGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)

lWilling to frequently travel to mainland China managing company’s operation
