Job Description
Requirements:
- 1-3 year work experience is preferred but not essential
- Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or computing-related study
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical mind in troubleshooting and resolve technical problems independently
- Network qualification such as MCSE, knowledge on Linux is a plus
- Good command of spoken and Putonghua
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Job duties:
- To provide PC support to end users
- To perform system maintenance such as backup, software/hardware installation, configuration and inventory administration
