Responsibility:

• Perform the RCSA exercise for the APAC entities using the Group RCSA tactical tool
• Support the design and implementation of the RCSA framework and process in APAC
• Update the mapping of risks, processes, procedures, controls and incidents as part of RCSA program
• Support the standardization of risk controls, risk management and processes, and ensure adherence to APAC policies and procedures
• Support ongoing enhancements to the RCSA program
• Deployment of new control card/test points to close the gaps highlighted by the RCSA exercise and improve the results
• Develop training, reference materials to support the IT RCSA program and provide program support to business lines and functions during the RCSA assessment
• Develop applicable KRIs to monitor the RCSA program
•  Develop RCSA dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide and aggregate and individual view of RCSA results and trends

Requirement:

• Good understanding of IT operations risk, application security assessment and infrastructure assessment process.
• Strong knowledge of software and application security discipline principles, practices and process,
• Experience in Operational Risk management and control plan testing is a plus
