Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and desk side support services to users
• Procure hardware and software services to fulfill users’ requirements
• Perform system administration on IT infrastructure both in cloud and on-premises
• Build and maintain inventory of infrastructure assets
• Verify billing and invoices by vendors and service providers
• Perform periodic monitoring and checking of systems

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines with 2-3 years’ experience in IT technical support at a sizable organization
• Experience in supporting an infrastructure built on Windows servers
• Experience in supporting end users on issues related to IT
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN architecture
• Sound skills on majority of the following products and services: Windows Servers 2012/2016; Windows 7,10; Office 365, Windows Azure, ADFS; Use of Cloud services to deliver web services; Avaya phone system administration (optional but possession of skills on it would be an advantage)
• Good problem trouble-shooting and solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
