The Role:

You will be working alongside an all-star team that comes from diverse backgrounds in traditional finance, banking, regulation, blockchain technology, derivatives trading, and software product development. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to build a career in Fintech in Hong Kong.

Your role will be to support high-impact projects that span operations, business development, marketing, strategic initiatives, and more. You will be working directly with executive staff, including the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a candidate with a passion for detail and a passion to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an internal project manager for key issues, helping to push forward progress

• Manage and own key performance metrics and financial projections

• Drive forward project progress and support initiatives of executive staff

• Assist executive staff with daily external communication needs

• Manage key stakeholder meetings

Required Skills

• Passion to work in an entrepreneurial environment

• Desire to build a career in Fintech

• 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing projects

• Near native fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Financial industry knowledge helpful, but not necessary

• Prior executive assistant experience helpful, but not necessary
