Our client who is a major global technology player, has instructed us to locate Cyber Security/ Information Security professionals. Position is responsible for cyber security/ information security management across system administration, cloud, network and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain security policies and guidelines
• To be the go-to-person for cyber security related technical matters across system administration, cloud, network security, application security
• Provide advisory and solutions to business units and customers
  1) Perform security services, e.g. attend to system security alerts, conduct risk assessment and security reviews, assist vulnerability assessments and penetration tests of IT environment, perform security analysis and provide improvement recommendations, etc.
  2) Monitor security controls, provide coordination and carry out investigation or IT security incident
  3) Study security landscape and evaluate emerging security technologies (inclusive of enterprise mobility, cloud computing, etc.)
• Recommend, and propose new technologies and processes within the organization and external customers

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computing related disciplines
• 3 - 5 years as junior, 5 - 8 years as senior hands-on expeirence in information secrity or related exposure
• Previous exposure to a SOC environment a plus
• Mandatory: CISSP / CISA certification or equivalent; Bonus or has aptitude to archive: CEH or OSCP
• Knowledge of ISMS, ISO 27001, PCIDSS, RFC 2196 and mainstream IT and security technologies & products
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge of security threats
• Proficiency in written technical documents
