Our client a top tier vendor is looking for a Client Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Client Satisfaction
  • Ensure services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and other contractual obligations
•  Establish Relationships with Clients
  • Establish excellent working relationships with the client representatives who also operate at a regional level within their business typically
• Manage Delivery of Service
  • Manage the delivery of service by establishing the relationship with the client, agreeing the points of interaction and escalation, managing the services budget and ensuring the continuous delivery of the service according to the SLA
• Facilitate Delivery of Service
  • Facilitate the delivery of the service by establishing the "Single Point of Contact" interface with the client and services organization, agreeing the points of interaction and escalation
• Manage account Financial Performance
  • Ensure account financial activities are carried out as required
• Identify Risks to Solution Implementation
  • Identify risks to delivery and drive the implementation of the appropriate solution to reduce the likelihood of escalations and/or delivery impact to the client
• Assist the Sales Organisation
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and to track other opportunities that may emerge

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplin related disciplines
• Minimum 10+ years in information technology services
• Hands on experience in people management
• Experience in network operation is preferred
• Experience in developing cost models, SLAs and contract negotiations highly preferred
• Valid ITIL v3, PMP certifications highly preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for junior Service Delivery Manager role.
