Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal business functions to support the creation of business requirement specifications and develop customer system solutions
• Analyze customer requirements, recommend and manage the development of IT solutions through configuration of proprietary applications, creation of technical specifications or EDI data field mapping preparation
• Participate in business implementations and full responsibility for end-to-end IT project work stream
• Identify needs, develop training tools and deliver training to users
• Identify gaps and/or shortcomings of customer applications, propose recommendations for possible development and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Support the IT governance process and IT architecture function

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualification in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
• 10 years of relevant work experience including 5 years professional experience in the freight forwarding / logistics / supply chain industry
• Technical knowledge in EDI (EDIFACT, X12, etc.) and API is a must
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• High proficiency in English and Chinese including spoken Mandarin
• Able to work under stress and tight deadlines
