Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on network, server, PC etc.
• Perform helpdesk support to users
• Perform system administration & maintenance
• Provide system training for internal staff and external business parties
• Prepare management reports through data analysis
• Maintain proper hardware and software inventory
• Liaise with IT vendors for purchase orders

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years work experience;
• Strong technical skills on Exchange and Active Directory is preferred
• Strong in Networking, Firewall, Routers is also preferred
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Fluency in spoken Chinese, English & Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
