Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above

Working Experience:

• At least 3 years working experience in servers & network administration, hardware & software support and end-users support.
• Hands-on experience in Windows server and Office 365.
• Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-motivated and good interpersonal and communication skill and can deal with all levels of users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our end-users and assist in desktop, laptop operating system and application setup and troubleshooting.
• Update and maintain the accurate records of all hardware and software inventory.
• Perform and monitor daily backups, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all networks and servers connections of the company.
