Job Responsibilities:-

• Report to the IT Department supervisor
• Provide first line in-house and off-site technical support including incident / problem identification, resolution and escalation
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot PC, software and hardware
• Perform IT inventory tracking and internal audit

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma in Computer Studies or IT related discipline
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk in Windows platform
• Support experience on Windows 7/10 and MS office 2016
• Experience on Autocad and Dynamix AX is an advantage
  
• Sound knowledge in Apple and Andriod devices
• Good analytical, troubleshooting skills and working attitude
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently as well as be a team player

Fresh Graduate or IVE student will also be considered.

Working Location : Kwun Tong
