Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for handling property and liability insurance claims within delegated authority in accordance with policy coverages, claim manuals and guidelines;
- Collect proper claim documents and information to review, analyze and make settlement on claims;
- Liaise with Insured, loss adjusters, intermediaries and other internal/external parties to ensure proper, efficient and effective claims processing;
- Assist in providing training and guidance to subordinates;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
Requirements:
- University Degree or professional insurance qualification such as ACII or ANZIIF;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in handling personal and commercial line insurance claims;
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, positive and able to work under pressure;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
