Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with general and technical queries through telephone calls and emails received.  Ensuring the information provided is update, accurate and aligns with the proposition and services available (both proactively and reactively);
  • Providing guidance and instructions in the day-to-day operations of policy administration and life insurance business (Ultra High Net Worth);
  • To be responsible for daily Policy Administration activities including change of personal particulars, change of ownership, beneficiary, collateral assignment and payment allocation within service turnaround time;
  • Handling enquiries of Policy Administration from internal and external parties; including handholding of cases / coordination to ensure service standards are met;
  • Following up requests from customers and internal departments to ensure quality and efficient service deliverables;
  • Monitoring cases and ensuring all cases are assessed and evaluated against the terms of the policy and conform to regulatory compliance to safeguard the interests of customers and company;
  • Verifying the data from various daily, monthly reports to ensure high accuracy rate of processing;
  • Identifying any improvement areas and drive any lean services where necessary / Participate & Drive any project by time to time

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Accountable & taking ownership
  • Experience of working within a customer service team, providing telephone and email customer service, to show an understanding of the importance of real-time call and email management
  • Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Able to communicate with all levels of people around the wider business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese typing
