Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of marketing activities for the residential trading and leasing portfolio. He/She will assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies; liaise with external consultants / contractors / suppliers as well as internal parties for the design and construction of showflat, sales offices and related materials; devise and manage PR activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing or business-related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing related field such as advertising, public relations or event management, preferably in property industry
• Strong organisational ability
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Flexible and be able to manage changing requirements and environmental factors
