Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies and adopt effective channels to fulfill the recruitment needs of line managers in an efficient, effective and professional manner;
- Manage and handle the end to end recruitment processes from manpower planning, budgeting, sourcing, selection, offer negotiation to onboarding of candidates;
- Provide hands-on support to full-spectrum of human resources operations and administration;
- Assist in reviewing and implementation of various human resources policies and procedures;
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports, risk and compliance reports, staff cost and headcount analysis, budget as required;
- Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in recruitment or HR generalist;
- Practical experience in insurance/financial industries is preferred;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, and a good team player;
- Resourceful, positive thinking, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure;
- Proficient in PC applications, including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, HR Information System etc.
