Job Description:

1. Support in-house sales team, business partners and channels in related to business development
2. Manage Sales team to reach target prospect’s decision makers for General insurance.
3. Research and Plan with our in-house sales team and Pitch to Win customer’s trust and business
4. Work closely with underwriters on policy quotations and daily operations 
5. Able to manage corporate portfolio and assist to corporate account handler
6. Monitor and review premium collection and credit control with Account Department
7. Unifying Quotations, Records and documentation job
8. Forecast sales targets and provide Sales Data analytics and result interpretation
9. Prepare and Provide product training to in-house sales team, business partner and channels
10. Undertake other duties from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company

Requirements:

• 5 years or up experience in General Insurances industry, with experience in insurer/agents/brokers are more preferable.
• knowledgeable in All class of general insurance
• Deep understanding of policy conditions and term
• Form 7 or above; or ANZIIF or equivalent relevant qualification
• Proficiency in PC Skills including MS-Word / Excel / PPT / Outlook and Chinese Word processing
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good life attitude
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to take up responsibility
• Applicant with Good Hobbies / interests in Sports are more welcomed
• It would be Great if you have your LinkedIn account available.
