The Management Trainees will undergo a comprehensive 3-year job rotation programme across various divisions to gain a wider business perspective, and to build general management capabilities. Upon the completion of the training programme, the Trainees will be assigned to specific divisions, depending on their abilities, preferences and the Company’s requirement. Requirements:

• Fresh University graduates with Second Upper Honours or above in engineering or business related disciplines with up to 2 years of working experience
• Excellent command in both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and with genuine interest in motor industry
• A team-player with pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
