Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall operations including F&B, facilities, marketing and events, recreation, membership retention, acquisition and accountable for P&L.
• As a leader to provide strategic direction through planning and procedures to achieve profitability.
• Drive and maintain a friendly and creative culture to all the staff and members.
• Lead staff to achieve a strong integrity, favorable working environment and build a good corporate culture to support a sustainable business model.
• Monitor financial performance for departmental revenue & expenses to meet business goal.  Assist CFO to analyze current policies.
• Submit reports to top management to reflect business performance, budgeting and forecast.
• Manage partners' relationships and assist in fundraising ventures.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in hospitality industry preferably with 5-star hotels, fine dining or luxury retail sector.
• Strong in sales and operations, good numerical sense, strategic mind-set.
• Experience in managing business functions such a Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, IT.
• Excellent in English.
