The Venue Manager is important to the management and motivation of the team within a site. They need to oversee all aspects of the site, which includes the customers, Game Masters, Team Leaders and Service Technicians. The Venue Manager will play a critical role in ensuring operational standards and the success of the site is maintained. 

The Venue Manager must have the following qualities:

• Experience in managing teams.
• Ability to identify problems and offer solutions.
• Passionate about leading and building team chemistry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to the performance of the site.
• A passion for VR, gaming, and technology is a bonus.

The Venue Manager will also have superior knowledge of the Zero Latency Portal to set up the back end of the site.

• Collating and evaluating operational matters.
• Liaising with Zero Latency Support.
• Managing customer relations.
• Selling, organising and managing corporate events.
• Managing the team through regular updates.
• Scheduling staff, managing wages and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Identifying areas for improvement.
• Implementing changes to increase efficiency.
• Managing the site's administration and financial reporting.
• Managing the site's KPIs and performance.
• Managing the site's stock levels.
