General Manager – K-Swiss & Palladium

l   Encompassing strategic direction of the business in Hong Kong including sales and marketing activities.

l   Fully responsible for preparation and implementation of business plan to achieve sales targets.

l   Leading pursuits of new business and maintain strong relationships with existing or new retailers in Hong Kong.

l   Formulate OTB budgeting and product plan for Hong Kong market.

l   Manage sales forecast and gross profit margin to achieve sales and profit target for both wholesale and retail business in Hong Kong.

l   Monitor sales performance and control inventory level.

l   Responsible for all leasing matters related retail stores and franchisee outlet, identify the short and long range retail strategies.

l   Leading the marketing teams to develop a solid brand marketing plan to achieve business target.

l   Ensure all administration necessary to support both wholesale and retail sales including customer service support, accounting, computer systems, logistic, legal and etc…

l   Various other tasks, duties, and/or projects as needed and assigned.

Requirements

l   At least SEVEN years of senior management working experience in trace record.

l   Good negotiation skills, sound knowledge of HK retail & wholesale business.

l   Extensive people management experience.

l   Excellence skills in strategic planning and able to execute it.

l   Proficiency in English, must be strong in communication and presentation skills.

l   BBA degree or above.

l   Oversea work may be requested.
