Job Description
Responsibilities
- oversee operational processes, optimize operating capabilities
- enforce Group policies guideline, delivery and execute with its subsidiaries and associate
- strong competency of organized, analytical, confident and good at communication skills with different Country CEO, need to interact with Country CEO and Senior Management
- work with key management in both Headquarters and subsidiaries
- organize and prepare timely and accurate performance report with Co-management team
- monitoring and implementing management task from Group CEO on each Country
- ability to take ad-hoc task or project from Group CEO
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder, knowledge in Business, Finance, Marketing & HR Administration
- 5-10 years working experience, 5 years in management level, MNC preferable
- Proven track record on previous performance
- Good verbal & written skills in both English & Chinese
