Job Description

Due to expansion we seek to appoint a high calibre all-rounder as General Manager in a newly created position working out of our offices in Central, Hong Kong and reporting to the company’s CEO and Partners.

We are looking for candidates with experience and skills in some / all of the following categories:

• Experience of working for a risk management, research, or advisory business
• Experience of managing multiple tasks, determining priorities, delegating and managing staff
• Experience managing HR functions and policies
• Commercial awareness
• Strong communicator
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A strong sense of personal integrity
• Research and preparation of reports
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the position include the following:

• Overseeing the smooth operation and effective execution of research projects, managing progress and resolving issues
• Managing teams and team members
• Liaising effectively with stakeholders, clients and business partners
• Representing the company at industry functions and events
• Managing the implementation of operational, legal and administrative policies such as compliance and data privacy regulations
• Project managing company research projects
• Meeting milestones within time, cost and quality constraints
