Job Responsibilities

Retail Operations

- Responsible for overseeing daily operations for all cartels, including regular Cartel visits for observations (at least twice monthly for every cartel)

- Responsible for liaising with mall managements on cartel opening/closure

- Collaborate with Business Development team in the planning and opening new cartels

- Conduct data analysis of customer and sales trend at the cartels and work out Optimal Stocks for each cartel

- Coordinate with Warehouse team to ensure smooth delivery of stocks

- Build and review Operations Manual regularly to ensure a safe and efficient procedure

- Oversee daily cartel sales and ensure accuracy in report

- Ensure all cartels provide excellent customer experience to customers

People Management

-Work closely with HR Department on matters such as hiring, training, employee movement, performance issues, grievance handling and disciplinary cases

- Responsible for coaching and monitoring supervisors on daily operations and managing retail crew
