Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers and factory from handling product development to bulk delivery
• Liaise and communicate with Designers, buyers and internal parties for the order requirements
• Manage a good relationship with customers and factories
• Ensure on time delivery for both sample and bulk orders
• Handle customers’ complaints for quality issues

Requirements:

• Well organized, analytical and detail minded with high initiative
• Good interpersonal, problem solving, communication and presentation   skills
• Able to work independently but also work as a team member
• Fluent in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Occasional travel to PRC/overseas
• Over 2 years related working experience is preferable. Less experience will be considered as  Junior Fabric Merchandiser
