Responsibilities:

 o  Leading our QA Team Hardware & Electrical responsible for

o   Sample Handling

o   Suppler Audits

o   Document Management and Shipment Release

o   Product Development

• Communication with MD, Suppliers and QM, PM & EK
• Coaching and developing of the QA Team
• Training of the QA Team & QCs
• Communication with 3rd Parties
• Implementation of procedures
• Managing and optimization of Quality Processes

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Quality Assurance Management / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years solid experience in quality management with Hardware (Household, Toys, Lighting, Seasonal, Sport, Electrical Household Goods, Brown Goods......)
• Leadership competency like creating a positive working atmosphere, motivating and developing the team members
• Able to implement and execute quality activities to achieve company set requirements
• Strong intercultural communication and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent, structured  and a strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with German & European standards, industrial operations experience in is definitely an advantage
• Very good command of English; German and Mandarin may be beneficial
• Flexibility due to frequent factory and supplier visits
