Requirements and Responsibilities

We are interested in improving our speed, efficiency and resource use to increase our company’s overall revenue and provide more reliable service for our customers. Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will:

1. Directs an organization's overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of raw materials, sourcing of raw materials and services, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods.
2. Evaluates past performance data to forecast needs and production scheduling.
3. Managing capacity planning and PMC functions.
4. Develops strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
5. Manages a number of departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.
6. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business or science. Master degree or MBA preferred.
2. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
3. About 15 years relevant experience, of which at least 5+ years in managerial level ideally with multi-nationals and volume manufacturing.
4. Require skills in project management, PMC, cost accounting, e-business/e-procurement systems.
5. Have global awareness, good business ethics, and an understanding of legal contracts.
6. Skills like communication, effective presentation, and multicultural understanding are also important.
7. Stationing in Zhongshan is required.
