Qualifications:  

• At least 5 years or more experience in the field of compliance
• Excellent in English written and verbal communication, Mandarin is plus.
• 4 years degree from university or its equivalent
• Excellent in computer
• Independent
• Good leadership
• Multi- cultural
• Able to travel frequently
• Training and any certificate related to compliance is a must  
• Team player

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Oversee and monitors compliance status
• Communicates with internal and external compliance team
• Ability to identify high risks or potential issues in the facility
• Experience in Health & Safety procedure and implementation
• Experience in Social Compliance application and implementation
• Knowledgeable with international labor policy e.g. working hours
• Knowledgeable with Environmental policies and requirements
• Knowledgeable in C-TPAT policy, requirements and implementation
• Assist or provide guidance in implementing areas needs to improve
• Identifies and assess corrective action plans as needed
• Good reporting skill
