Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the factory daily operations
• Provide technical advice and problems solving on the manufacturing process
• Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high performance team
• Planning and directing the production activities to produce the highest quality products and be delivered on time to the customer in the most cost effective manner
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental systems are operating according to required standards
• Drive Company’s Manufacturing Excellence, continuous improvement and corrective action activities
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
• Provide analytic reports for management review

 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years solid working experience in manufacturing operation of factory
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Mature, excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, and ERP is preferred
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred
