Job Description
- Sound experience in pattern making & garment construction in Woven & Knit or Sweater Fashion/ casual / Lingerie Wear,
- Strong technical advice and support
- Provide QA advice on complex products to factories
- Conduct factory audits to ensure factories meet International/customer standards
- Communicate with internal and external parties, incl. foreign designers, for sampling, fitting and pattern checking and Quality issues
- Able to identify quality issues and provide technical support, recommendations to management, regional office counterparts and factories;
- Tertiary education in Design, Clothing/ Textile, Merchandising or related discipline;
15 years or above QA/ QC experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years at similar level; - Plan and Establish new QA offices in selected locations as required;
- Familiar with quality standards and requirements of US and European markets;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua:
- Working experience in Sizable company is a MUST;
- China/ Offshore trip is required;
