The Job Description:

Based in our Shenzhen office and reporting directly to the Key Account Manager Operations, you will manage a team of engineers and specialists to ensure that our inspection programs consistently exceed our clients’ expectations and maintain the highest standards of service quality. 

Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited) to : 

  • Manage and coach a team of technical experts and support them in their activities while encouraging their skills improvement and career development
  • Review and follow up the assigned key accounts operations, making sure that client requirements have been accurately identified and that they are fully satisfied with the Inspection Programs implemented; 
  • Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators to drive projects and ensure a timely delivery with consistently reliable QC results; 
  • Propose and set-up solutions to enhance the value we create for our clients and our overall quality of service. 
  • Efficiently communicate with different internal teams (sales, back-office, frontline) as well as with clients’ key contacts; 
  • Support pre-sales inquiries as well as clients’ meetings with our operations experts; 
  • Educate yourself on industry requirements and pass on your learning to other team members to continually improve inspection protocols; 

Your profile :

It could be you, if you have: 

  • Extensive professional experience in quality control, production or in a trading company (minimum 5 years); 
  • A proven track record in managing a team
  • A degree in Engineering; 
  • Excellent spoken English skills; 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft excel (Macros, VBA). 
  • Are great at mitigating conflict and solving problems; 
  • Prioritize effectively and manage your time well, enabling you to work to tight deadlines; 
  • Are a good team player;
