JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Perform order processing and I/E shipment arrangement
• Contacting and coordinate with parties for shipment issues
• Prepare invoice / delivery note / packing list, etc
• Handle full set of I/E shipping documentation
• Knowledge on how to read L/C and procedure
• Handle import and export declaration 
  

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• F.7 or above
• At least 2 year relevant experience in shipping/logistics field
• Willing to learn and attend to details with good teamwork spirit
• Good English, Cantonese and  Putonghua
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Basic PC knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
