Responsibilities:

• Support the data remediation exercise which required documentation review and data input.
• Handle exceptions and problem cases.
• Report irregularities and issues to supervisor promptly and accurately.
• Organize data and convert to management reports.
• Proactively learn other tasks in order to become familiar with the full operations flow.
• Proactively initiate enhancement in job processes
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced Spreadsheet Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, conditional formatting, vlookup and etc.
• Experience in ERP & KPI, experience in Epicor will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skill
• Knowledge in reporting tools, database management or VBA is added advantage but not essential
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Immediate available is preferred.
