RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to the Manager
• Develop existing and new supplier base, identify and evaluate potential manufacturers according to capacity, quality product and manage costing and pricing negotiation process
• Define and implement internal merchandising processes and resolve issues in collaboration with factories and internal Quality, and Supply Chain Functions
• Perform well in a fast paced & pressured environment

Requirements:

• 3+ years related work experience in sourcing and production for intimate, lingerie or underwear categories
• Solid experience in Sourcing for lingerie or underwear
• Hands- on experience working with suppliers on production line to resolve technical or quality issues
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to interact effectively at all levels
• Willingness to travel to visit factories and trade
• Good command of spoken & written in English & Chinese, Mandarin is preferable
• Degree in Fashion, Textile design & production or relevant
