Reporting to the Senior Director Supply Chain Asia Pacific, you will play a key role in monitoring the key performance indicator for all markets and all plants in APAC, based on the identified KPIs to work with markets as well as plants supply chain teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Setting up improvement team to tackle the issue and achieve better performance.

You are required to act as project manager to handle various supply chain projects in APAC, including markets and production plants. Support and follow up with markets, plants and regional supply chain teams to ensure the timely running on defined supply chain projects

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Run and prepare monthly KPI reports
• Analyze supply chain performance in regional, country and plant levels to identify improvement opportunities
• Propose, set up and run improvement teams
• Implement defined processes and monitor performance
• Set up, support and follow up in various supply chain projects in local, regional as well as plant levels, with mainly on order fulfillment, warehousing and inventory management, as well as logistics and transportation
• Assist in cross-functional or regional project teams. Support timely project completion through project plan and performance measurement report
• Assist and support on setting up regional governance guideline and implement in Asia Pacific
• Training to relevant teams on KPI tools and reports

Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:

• A degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferably in the healthcare industry.
• At least 5 years solid experience in project management in supply chain management aspect and/or supply chain consultancy
• Performance management and cross functional team experience is a must
• Strong business process and collaboration mindset is essential
• Strong in business acumen and negotiation and well familiar with order to cash process, inventory and warehouse management skills preferably in pharmaceutical products
• Good interpersonal skill with capability in handling teams consist of diversity
• Proficient in SAP PAO and MM and BW
