Responsibilities:

• Develop the quality standards, policies and quality management systems
• Manage in-house, subcontracting factories, suppliers’ quality standards; conduct audits and performance evaluations
• Provide quality related technical advices and strengthen the supports to merchandising, production and  technical related departments in factories
•  Manage the WIP reports and QA/QC documentation
• Coordinate with all related departments and customers to problem-solve the quality issues, build corrective and
• preventive measures
• Supervise the QA team very closely

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in Apparel/ Clothing/ Textiles
• 5 years or above solid quality management experience in garment manufacturing
• Sound practical skills in building up quality standards and systems, and using QM tools
• Proficient verbal and written English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving, detailed mind, hands-on approach
• Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
