We are a fast-growing company for design and ODM manufacturing of household electronic appliances, healthcare and medical devices for silver market. Our group is looking for a new Factory Manager to set up and operate our new manufacturing plant in Thailand. 

Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Worked with the project team to set up the new manufacturing plant;

2. Establish the local operation team together with the group and develop the relevant     
    work-flows;

3. Lead the cross functional departments to develop and implement factory strategies for
    effective, efficient,timely, quality and safe production and in compliance;

4.  Oversee the general operation activities of the factory, set up the KPIs and supervise
    performances of cross functional departments;

5. Develop relevant budgets for operation and production projects;

6. Lead the special automation/engineering projects to ensure on-time completion and
    within budgets;

7. Constant and periodic report to Hong Kong head office for the progress and
    production performance; 

8. Communicate with local collaboration partner, local government and officials; 

Requirements

1. Degree/diploma in engineering, automation or related discipline;
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences and at least 5 years at management level in a manufacturing environment, preferable in the area of medical device and/or automatic assembly. Thai or overseas expatriate experiences is an advantage;
3. Proficiency in ERP systems, experience of using SAP is an advantage;
4. Good understanding in ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and SA8000, knowledge in ISO 13485 or QSR 820 are desired;
5. Good leadership and communication skill;
6. Fluent in English and Thai. Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.
