Our client is a leading Garment Trading company with a diversified customer portfolio covering US, EU, China, Japan, and Australia markets.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the VP of Operations, manage a QA/QC team of 30+
• Work as a focal point for any customer enquiry, request and compliant
• Manage customer’s feedback and take corresponding actions
• Manage daily operations in QA team and set up work priority
• Take the lead to resolve production and quality issues
• Monitor external factory operation status and the performance and assess the effectiveness of current factory evaluation procedure and CAP effectiveness
• Monitor team’s compliance to the production process disciplines and quality standards
• Handle factory QA audit and evaluation
• Communicate with other business units to ensure that they understand and comply with customers’ technical requirements and provide the right information to QA and factory

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management from a Garment Trading environment with a strong focus on US market
• Sound knowledge in ISO 9000/ ISO 14000/ AQL 2.5/4
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem solving skills communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Flexible for frequent business travel to China and SE Asia
