Overview

As a Assistant Marketing Executive - based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for monitoring marketing coordinations and logistics to ensure operational efficiencies within a fast-paced environment. You will be able to hone your leadership skills through coaching a junior staff, collectively working towards successful operational activities with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to foster strong customer and factory relationship through sound knowledge of product lifecycle and customer strategy. The ideal Assistant Marketing Executive will possess a strong sense of urgency, amicable organization skills, and willingness to grow and contribute to the success of the organization.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or post graduate certificate in Business, Engineering or related field; High School certificate holders with substantial years of related experience will be considered
• Min 2-4 years of relevant experience in a sales coordination, merchandising, or marketing support function. Preferably within the household product industry
• Prior experience in factory and manufacturing plant management is highly preferred
• Exposure to overseas and/or Mainland China vendors liaison will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese; Written English and Chinese is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft office skills 
• Possess amicable prioritisation and organisational skills, meticulous, analytical, collaborative, resourceful and the willingness to grow and learn within the organization
• Some traveling is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Co-ordinator
