Job Responsibilities:

• Manage E-Commerce platforms in product upload, content editing, products markdown, promotion update and inventory update

• Handle customer’s enquiries, including replying email, manage refunds and returned items

• Day to day processing the online order

• Assist in achieving sales targets

• Generate sales report for management review

• Maintain, update and publish third party marketplace content including products description and imagery

• Provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans, including event and activities

• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Marketing, e-commerce or related disciplines

• A minimum of 1-2 years working experience in E-Commerce industry

• Good level of spoken and written English, Chinese and Cantonese

• Knowledge and experience in eCommerce platforms (i.e. Shopify, Wix, Paypal, Amazon)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Independent, Self-motivated, responsible

• Basic knowledge of SEO and Photoshop at minimum

• Immediately available is preferred
