Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Business Development & Marketing, the incumbent will manage the development of Sales and Marketing strategies for company’s real estate projects in PRC cities like Jiaxing and Hangzhou. As a stationed role, he/she will work closely with the Head Office in Hong Kong for the sales strategy, execution and sales team management.

Responsibilities:

  • To formulate and execute the sales and marketing strategies for company’s real estate projects in China or other destinations assigned by the company;
  • To develop and implement the sales and marketing plan in order to achieve the planned sales target within the budget and timeline;
  • To prepare pricing strategies, sales incentive scheme, payment terms and sales documents
  • To be responsible for the market research, studying government policy, leading local team to monitor the performance of competitors in order to formulate sales strategy and activities;
  • To maintain good relationship with local government officials, consultants, service providers and business partners for smooth sales activities and achieving sales targets
  • To provide recommendation to flat size and flat mix for potential acquisitions
  • To coordinate show flat design and ensure smooth logistic flow for sales office and frontline sales services
  • To manage after-sales service, handover and estate management matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration and Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines;
  • Over 10 years solid experience in sales operation of real estate properties,
  • Experience in sales & marketing of large scale, high-end residential properties. Working experience in China projects is definitely an advantage;
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills;
  • Fluent Putonghua and proficient in both written English and Chinese;
  • Be self-motivated, flexible, good team player and ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • Good computer skills

Station in PRC cities is required
