Responsibilities:

-       Analyze and evaluate product quality and field performance

-       Prepare quality reports, product enhancement requests to HQ

-       Participate in technical training, QA and beta testing activities

-       Participate in new products technical support and deliver reviews

-       Assist in the generation and review of technical materials and bulletins

-       Participate in product presentations and demonstrations

-       Monitor the performance of 3rd party service providers (repairing services)

Requirements:

-       Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

-       1 - 3 years of experience in product supporting

-       Basis knowledge in White Goods product

-       Strong data analysis in Excel

-       Hardworking and self-motivated

-       Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
