Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and coordinate all membership/ promotions/ events related matters in timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to membership, for example external vendor invoice tracking and expenses within budget, premium stocks inventory, marketing collaterals preparation and other related matters
  • Organize and execute regular/special events and promotions onboard our vessels to drive International arrivals and increase destination spend
  • Manage the VVIP dedicated hotline for inbound and outbound calls and provide the best customer services and inquiries with professional manner
  • Provide creative ideas in order to capture target segments’ attention from different channels
  • Ensure all promotions/events are aligned with the overall membership strategy and company goal
  • Provide clear direction and guideline to shipboards for smooth execution on promotions/events
  • Generate regular reports for supporting departments and immediate supervisors/department head
  • Assist on keep track on marketing expenses to ensure all cost is within budget
  • Responsible for the compiling and preparation of data for the monitoring, reporting and tracking of business
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in business management preferred
  • 2-3 years experiences on Membership, Promotions and Events; specialized in Gaming or Hospitality industry would be an advantage
  • Excellent customer services skills to both internal stakeholders and external customers are required
  • Strong Administrative skills and well organized
  • Strong ability and able to meet with tight project deadlines
  • Ability to learn and fully understand the program cost structure and able to demonstrate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Flexible and willing to travel
